It’s a center divider that no one walks on, and there’s nothing wrong with the center divider. Meanwhile the roads are complete disasters right next to it, several potholes left unfilled. I just thought it was ironic. Why do you need to slurry seal a center divider at all? They can’t even fill in the potholes on the same road, and here was an entire crew sealing the center divider.
