The BMW service experience is incredible. They treat me amazingly every time I walk in the door and a loaner is never an issue even if just for a few hours. I bring it in for an oil change and they say the brakes were looking a bit thin so we changed them too. They even have a Starbucks machine I can stop in to use anytime I want. If you are worried about repairs you can buy the extended service package for a few thousand dollars and then you dont have to worry about anything. You cna buy these packages from your bank and I think Costco sells them also for far less than the dealer.
