My guess is that it follows the capital spending cycle, which lags consumer spending by 3 – 9 months, and thus, is just starting a downturn. Is this true, or is commercial still climbing?

This property is unique, so it will either sell quickly to the right buyer, or will languish if the need for that type of property has dwindled.
