But we already have a solution, that’s tried and true though centuries and centuries or civilization, for which history has proven countless times for it to have worked… It’s pretty simple…. guns, bombs, tanks, jets, and warheads. It doesn’t get much more simple than that when it comes to diplomacy.
Lol! The safest countries are the ones that defend their own borders. Military interventalism spending destroys currencies and military interventalism is why we were attacked on 9/11. Go read the CIA reports and DOD reports, etc. 15 or the 20 bombers came from Saudi Arabia and were pissed off about the base we had in their country. We closed the base and haven’t had another Saudi suicide bomber since.
That’s because we’re run by a bunch of wussies now who’s afraid of dropping bigger bombs in the middle east…Instead of dropping a hail mary big ass bombs, we send in troops to mingle with the locals and find “enemies” we can’t see.
Gunboat diplomacy works really well, if properly implemented.
Heck, pretty soon we don’t even need to send in our own pilots to do the dirty work.
The Taranis — named after the Celtic god of thunder — was unveiled at a ceremony at BAE Systems in Warton, Lancashire, on Monday.
The £142.5-million ($216.1-million) prototype is the size of a light aircraft and has been equipped with stealth technology to make it virtually undetectable.
In a press release, the MoD described the Taranis as “a prototype unmanned combat aircraft of the future.”
It is built to carry out intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions while its crew stays safely on the ground and can control the aircraft from anywhere in the world.
The unmanned fighter jet can also carry bombs and missiles and, if the trials prove successful, the MoD said it should “ultimately be capable of striking targets at long range, even in another continent.”
