ANPAC is the best around for the auto/homeowner package. I’ve never used my homeowners insurance. Get floodstop for your washer and second floor faucets at least. All the other little crap pay out of pocket and next time be more careful. Water is your nemesis. His friend MOLD is a monkey on your “anything to disclose” back.
