I guess that’s the problem. No just anybody gets to decide constitutional law issues. Ultimately, the Supreme Court gets the last say. You can disagree. You can say Gore v. Bush was a travesty, you can say Scalia is hypocritical, you can complain until you’re blue in the face…but the ultimate arbiter of constitutionality is the Supreme Court. If they say it is constitutional, then it is. That’s just the way it is.
If you ask me, I’d say Roe v. Wade did not violate the constitution. My opinion has nothing to do with the issues involved. My opinion is based on the fact that it is a validly issued United States Supreme Court opinion. If they had come outt he other way, I would have the same opinion. It’s constitutional.
