Check out 3211 Corte Paloma in 92009. Could have picked that up at trustee sale for 1.1M or now for about 1.3M to 1.4M. Just as big a usable lot. Much bigger nicer house with amazing view comparable to Piragua. If you buy Piragua for $1M you couldnt get close to this for another 300 to 400K.
