Kid is in ap us history, took ap euro history last year. Knows about propaganda, nationalism. Says that was what this felt like. I expressed zero opinion on it previously. I prefer toet them draw their own conclusions although they were raised by me so bias creep will occur.
Guess this military tinged celebration will be every year from now on… He did enjoy it cuz he got out of Spanish class. And he found it historically intriguing.
Me forget about it? Unlikely. I’ll want to come up w better arguments for next year.
