I had a theory a long time ago about exercise which is, one of the best things you can do is just try to move quick a lot in all kinds of situations. If you’re cleaning ghe house run around the house and up and down the stairs like a nut, move like you’re racing a game show clock. All this constant frenetic movement adds up. Plus it’s useful. You actually did something. Especially good is lots of picking stuff up off the ground fast. The purpose ultimately of exercise is to have a very useful body as you age. So doing actual things like running up your stairs or picking up all kinds of junk and putting it away is not only great exercise if u move fast but it’s actually custom tailored perfect for your life and what u need to do as u age. I’m in agreement w vacuuming above. I also think it’s not a bad idea to get in and out of your car 50 times in a row fast. High speed grocery shopping and unloading. Etc
All normal things get much harder. Elliptical trainers won’t really help u in you’re actual daily movements which are much more complex.
