Since you say you can’t sleep anyway, here is a trick that worked out very well for our flights to Europe this year: don’t shell out the first-class money, but step up from coach – Continental offers something like 7 extra inches of legroom for trips across the pond for $100 extra. Seven inches doesn’t sound like much but I have to tell you it was pure heaven.
