I agree, u. I looked at that pic pretty close and even went to Google Street View. Looks like house has been recently repainted, but I think it was for naught.

That roof line jumped out at me too. Close-ups of the roof appear to show fiberglass faux tile roof with waves worse than anything I’ve ever seen. I think this thing is a tear down, beyond repair. The poster in the upstairs window of the man in the tux is a nice touch. Makes it real classy. 🙂

You’d basically be paying for the lot, which sits right on a busy street in one of the least desirable areas.

Which leads to the question: why did the OP think that no areas of SD would have windows with bars? Every large city has questionable neighborhoods.
