They were already relatively expensive pre-bubble. Ran up less and were bought by stronger hands. They also tend to stay in the sam ehands longer than other places. There are occassional steal (one of my clients got perhaps the best one in the last 7 years) but you really need to keep your eyes open and have good help to find them. There are lots of great agents in this area, make sure you are using one of them.
