actually the relationship between me and sdr was quite adversarial. I was a prior client of jtr.

but going back to that santee/chula vista comment. the bottom line is for better or worse, the 56 corridor has become the premier destination for upper income new comers to SD. yes there are other nice pockets in SD, but once an area achieve the status as an upper class enclave, that perception feed on itself and other areas just do not compete.
