They all count but the middle is what most are concerned with around here. For all the talk of the high end squishing down on the mid range, the reality has been quite different. The middle range in most nice areas has held up very well. Since that is the sweet spot most of the Piggs are looking at that is whats most relevant. Does anyone here really care if a $5M home drops to $2.5M?
