Houses like Ullman are getting hit extra hard. Its a 3 story 1600 sq ft home. Its like living in an elevator shaft. It took close to a year to sell a turkey like that. Same goes for a house sititng on a street like Rosecrans. In a market like this the good looking prom dates get all the attention and the dogs are left lingering.

Not saying they arent out there but show us a more desireable house and you’ll have a stronger case.
