Hey Ga Tech, I am also from Texas and Guy St is right around the corner. I agree with your sentiments about MH. Love my sweet neighborhood so much and don’t want to leave, but know I won’t be buying- so I will rent. My guy works at SPAWAR and can walk to work.

We think we will continue to rent here and just plop some cash down on a little fixer upper cabin in Idyllwild or Julian in about five years or so- that’s the dream now. We just want a simple life. We’ll see how it turns out 🙂
