Your best bet is that you call verizon and ask them to comp you for a new phone or else you’re walking to to another carrier like sprint…Unfortunately, they may just give you the birdie, because Verizon is pretty arrogant these days….
Personally, I think Sprint is pretty good these days….I’m a sprint a t-mobile user these days.
