While that can be useful it really depends upon the location (cul de sac, busy street, backs to busier street etc), view, lot size and upgrades in the house. The same floorplan can easily swing $100K either way on those factors. If you can answer what kind of house you would consider on those factors I could give you a better idea. Without them its tough.
