I looked at this one over priced home and the sellers were on the patio in (in hearing range), I told my realtor in loud tone; “don’t take me to an over priced pile of crap like this again”. lol.. 5 days later REDUCED.
Sorry I had to move I found my dream home with best price ever.
3 minutes from downtown LA for my crack fix. Comes with the small kid and luxury art work. Oh and a supermarket close by to panhandle for the ARM

I’v got another winner. The elementary school in that neighborhood is ranked a stunning 2 out of 10.
