While I was looking at the lowest prices of houses I saw that I could get back into the same model house in my old neighborhood in UTC for about 10K less (asking price) than when I sold.
Except that I sold and moved in 2003. Guess I won’t regret missing the big runup of ’04 after all.
Now that I think about it, that would mean that the people I sold to are >$10K under + Realtor’s commission if they need to move. They bought using an ARM since that’s the only way they could afford to get in.
