CAR I understand your point that the society in general benefits when everyone is provided with a better way of life, (be it home ownership, or job or whatever). I just don’t know if a govt susidy for housing works because of the differentials in each market around the country.
Really your bottom line is simply trying to give an opportunity to those who cannot or have not been able to get a home in SD. However spreading that logic to the entire country makes the playing field alot different.
