sdr you called it. The one I am in right now is more then likely rejecting because of the mortgage insurance issue but I am not positive. They also had some sort of requirements like 120 days on the market or something like that. They are currently processing the short sale but they said it would not qualify for HAFA. This loan does have pmi so I think it may have something to do with that. Wells is the lender.
