Yes that is what I was talking about and about what I typically hear. They say they want to do them and then give you an above market price in a flat to falling market. If they would play it straight it could have been a game changer but in reality it has been nothing but a disaster. The team of people I work with have completed 6 HAFA sales. As crazy as it sounds we laugh because collectively our little group has completed 1% of the HAFA deals in the entire USA. What a joke.
