Just spend the extra $50k.. I mean, don’t actually put an additional $50k down of your own money… Just borrow more.

Rates high/low..Big deal…..Screw it….Get yourself into a fixed rate 30 year loan, and laugh your ass off as the dollar continues to depreciate and what you owe to the bank becomes ridiculously laughable.

I mean it…Cheap money, coming weakening dollar…Sounds pretty good to me….Get what you want and enjoy life for a change…
