Curious if anyone that has access to MLS can tell the story on this house that’s on North Side of street on Mesa Dr. right at the Hoover St intersection.
For the last month, there have been a bunch of frequently updated yellow signs in the lawn with stuff written on them like:
”Please come inside and take a look!”
”Why not me?”
”Pick me”
”Please pick me!”
”You’ll love my view, come in!”
The signs attract alot of attention.. I’m wondering why the house hasn’t sold… it’s an older house, but it looks real well maintained..
Is this is a desperate seller or an over zealous realtor?
If it’s the one I think, it is owned by the realtor. If that is the case,it wasntin the mls and she was trying to get it sold without paying another agent. I guess that’s her idea of agressive marketing. Alas…there is no substitute for mls exposure and she put it into the MLS this week.
