Hi XXXXXX,
My name is XXXX with iTunes Store Support, and I will be assisting you. I hope that your day is going well. After reviewing your email, I understand that you are asking for the in app purchase of “580 Gems [From: Restaurant Story: Valentine’s Day]”, under the account “XXXXXXXXX”. As an iTunes customer myself, I know how much my purchases mean to me, so I will be very happy to help get you back on track.
XXXXXX in three to five business days, a credit of $99.99 USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase. Also if you’d like, you can restrict the ability to make in-app purchases on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
To learn how to adjust the restrictions, check out this article:
Please note that you will need to enter the Restrictions Passcode in order to disable any restrictions that are enabled.
XXXXXX, I want your iTunes experience to be as enjoyable as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to email me again. Have a wonderful day!
