Yes there are the townhomes near Waterridge and then there are the detached homes off Sorrento Valley Rd as you head up the hill. I believe the 92126/92121 dividing line is Santa Fe. The homes on the way up the hill are not bad. However this particular home is pretty bad with regards to location.
