Is the e.coli in the seeds that are planted? Is it in the field where these seeds are planted because of Monsanto, or does it stay in the lab and get killed and disposed of with other waste products?
Isn’t the e.coli bacteria used in many other laboratory procedures? Isn’t is likely alive in compost piles on organic farms fairly often?
In general I don’t laugh about Monsanto. Is it really proper to identify the use of e.coli in a laboratory as something sinister?
Uh, e.coli is a bacteria..usually brought on by contamination and obviously iloveregulation, like always, doesn’t know what the fvck he’s talking about.
In fact, the recent e.coli outbreak happened in 2006 to “organic” spinach was due to fecal matter contaminant, I believe.
