McCain & Palin were put out there to throw the election. Republicans knew there were no wins in the current economy and were already thinking towards 2012 – Congress, Senate AND of course the presidency!

I personally do not like Obama and think he is the worst possible president right now, but McCain was no good alternative either. Worse, we are going to swing HARD right in 2012 in opposition to Obama’s left wing politics. I guess these are simply instability oscillations from the bubble, but it demonstrates we are not out of the fire yet!
