Since I bought a short sale my perspective may be skewed. All offers were in within three days. We were on it instantly, I read my redfin listings every morning. Our offer was not a lowball. There wasn’t any fraud I don’t think. I suppose the sellers agent couldve tried to get a lowball pal into the house but the risk is the bank forecloses and no sale and no commission occurs.
