That house rocks! In between an appraisal in Mission Valley and an inspection in PQ I had to run up to NH to drop some keys in a lockbox on my listing there. I was 2 blocks away so I dropped by. The street looks great and the homes are well maintained as are yards. I dont know the comps for a house like that off the top of my head but if that is the style of house you are looking for I say winner, winner chicken dinner.
