My architect lives across from that house. I have driven down the street. It’s a nice street and you are on a big lot with no neighbors to the back. It is beyond my price range so I’m not sure if it represents good value but is is surely a nice area. Schools may be a concern there so you might find yourself wanting to move when baby hits kindergarten or look into private school.
