Not Nirvana but not poorly maintained, noisy, trashy neighborhoods. BTW before tossing out inaccurate anecdotes why dont you check to see where property values have ACTUALLY held up best? Hint-that would be the newer, less established neighborhoods in NC are opposed to the older more established neighborhoods in SD Metro.
