OK, well maybe I should rephrase. I have been “more or less” looking since 2004 as I always have my eyes open for attractive bargains.

The three months is the amount of time I’ve been spending going out 3-4 days a week after work, taking days off, spending my weekends looking at homes.

If you’ve been spending 4 years like that, then I feel for you and have to wonder how you aren’t committed to an institution as that would surely drive me crazy.
