I’d just like to know WHERE in SD County the vast majority of these “exotic” loans in deadzone’s “beloved” chart were taken out.

Could these upcoming “resets” be encumbering mostly properties within new subdivisions built in the last 7 years or so?

This would be my first “educated” guess.
