We have a few long-term bonds and more short-term, but have been mostly out of bonds and in cash for a long time…just waiting (and hoping) for those interest rates to finally rise.

We’ve had so many head-fakes with interest rates rising over the years, but I’m hoping the recent rate increases are the real deal.
