Didn’t I find 2 4BR SFR for 500k in UC? I didn’t say those are good deals. I just say they do exist. Cmon AN give me a break. When I said good luck finding one, I menat good luck finding one worth buying and living in. The second one comes at a price of about $525K but you probably need cash to buy it and another 75K to make it habitable. Thats not a 500K home its a 600K home plus alot of work in between. Lets keep it real.
