I’m betting that rates will drop again. But what do I know. That’s why I’m waiting to refi. Maybe after the elections the fed will do what they say they will do. My guess is that the rates may not stay down long, maybe 3-6 months. Of course someone can always ressurect this thread in May of 2011 and we will see if I am right or not!
