LOL…Are you that naive? You think those investment companies like Conejo Capital didn’t do the same thing? Not carry title insurance, and aren’t flipping? You really think you’re any different or that much smarter than them???

Please…The only difference between you and those investment companies would be the investment companies have deeper pockets than you….I guarantee that IF you got into any legal issue, you’re pockets wouldn’t be deep enough to actually fight in court. You would end up walking with your loss.
