Just get a new gas dryer. I found that they tend to be more efficient. Also, you might as well tell advantage of the cash for appliances rebates going on right now.. Total cost much lower than trying to retrofit a 220V plug into your laundry room. Plus you get a new appliance that probably is much more efficient…
Yes, I know the decision…Your old dryer is probably just fine and has lastest years without a problem…Well, we live in a throwaway society now…Anything in the interest of economic recovery…So might as well take advantage of these appliance bailouts…
