After that, the pest control co. who contracted your tent fume will give you a one-year contract for typically <$300 per year (for as many visits as needed) and a discount on a sale inspection, when/if the time comes. I didn't think there was a yearly terminate control thing. Maybe I'm wrong. I always thought the only option was the tent fumigation.
