I see a lot of resale homes in the over 3000 sqft category right around Silhouette asking for mid 600k to mid 700k. as resale homes, some of these already have upgrades and improvements inside and out, which could add another $50-75k in these homes.

I know some of these are annoying short sale attempts, but any reason why Silhouette over these other resale choices?
