Folks, I have dumb question. If the appraisal came back much lower, I would have used this appraisal for ammunition to request lowering my prop taxes… There is absolutely no way my home could ever sell at this appraised price, and I was going to go through and re-challenge the recently assessed value to have it lower even further…
Now what? Go back the the underwriter and challenge the appraisal? (yeah, I know. stupid right?) Should not have cleaned up the home and left it a like a pig’s den before he came. 🙂
