i have probably already said this, but listen — if you want to have a profound experience that will change the way you live and eat, you might consider trying…fasting….
I’ve done five day fasts, no food at all just water, every now and then
they are intense, cool, interesting, deep and you just don’t eat the same afterwards.
you can live! I could easily go much longer if i didn’t have the demands of family life. you are not hungry after 2 or 3 days. so weird!
fasting could be the answer for you…
life is not about lunging from meal to meal and eating paper…
also, if you’re into the bible, it’s Bible approved!
