Not to point fingers but when I see names like that on an agent and the listing brokerage I tend ot think they are trying to sell it to an investor at below market who will do a double escrow flip. Cant say for sure but I wouldnt rule out CAR being right on this one.
FWIW, I have had many conversations on these types of which I refuse to participate in and some say they are legal and not fraudulent as long as the lnder is aware fo what is going on. Getting and keeping a buyer on a sale of a property like that is very tough so I understand the logic for the lender being willing to do it but I still dont like it.
Once again I have no idea whether that is the case here.
