Thanks, we love it, so I think it’s a good buy. We’ve been renting for the last 3 1/2 years, just watching the market tank. We finally took the plunge but of course I’m wary as to what future prices will do. In the back of my mind I’m thinking “should we continue to wait? will pricing fall even more?”
