Damnit… I mistyped. I didn’t mean Saratoga. I don’t think we’ll see Saratoga in $600s any time soon either. I meant Carriage Run… Personally, I think mid sixes for the smallest Carriage Run plan is entirely within the realm of possibilities, but that’s just my opinion. the problem is, I don’t think we’ll see any major resell price action until Pardee is done building out on the side of Vons (power line side)…
