Did you guys actually submit an offer? If you did and it was higher then the price the home sold for you “may” be able to at least file a complaint with the DRE if you can somehow prove the offer you submitted was indeed more competitive then what was accepted.

Correct, even if you had the lender info you could not have gotten anything straight from the lender. Your agent should have known that.
