I’m just reporting what I see. Prices seem higher than a year ago but that is not what astounded me. What astounded me was the number of people spending that much money regardless of what they are getting for it.

These are not homes being bought by the rich but rather upper middle class for the most part. I know its not all of SD county, its just my submarket which lots of folks follow. I’m providing an update on real estate activity. Sorry I cant add to the world cup, new library, electric sports car and battleship deployment threads. Not my expertise.
