from my perspective as a potntial buyer, thisc reidt had a lot less than its stated value becaus ei just couldnt be sure id actually get it. it was kinda like a lottery ticket in a way. maybe it would win, maybe not. impossible to know for sure when the monies run out.. which makes me think, why not just make it a lottery. you buy a house, you get a ticket, maybe you win the hosue free nad clear. divide the credits up equally to do that. encourages people to buy more expensive houses cause it mightbe free.
